Biofuel Dividend
Membership
Program
Maximize your fryer-oil value through RMSE’s
recycOil®
Biofuel Dividend Membership Program. In conjunction with the
development and commissioning of our new Colorado bioXchange® biodiesel production facility, our
recycOil®
Biofuel Dividend
Membership Program provides you with the greatest additional economic value for your waste
cooking oil resource. Backed by
our advanced logistics, reliable, sanitary service and vertical integration
in the biofuels industry, the
recycOil®
Biofuel Dividend Membership Program is your most business savvy and environmentally responsible choice for
waste cooking oil recycling.
By joining the
recycOil®
Biofuel Dividend Membership Program,
you are automatically entitled to dividends that can reduce, off-set or
exceed your collection fees (often resulting in cash rebates!).
Member dividends are distributed quarterly and based on the following
factors:
-
Volume/Time –
The volume of waste cooking oil your facility produces over time.
-
Quality – The quality and condition of your waste cooking oil resource is
affected by the % of water, food-particle contamination, vegetable oil
type and chemical composition.
-
Market Conditions – Energy and agricultural commodity market conditions
are dynamic and affect the economic value of refined waste cooking oil
(“yellow grease”) and biodiesel fuel.
-
Location – The geographic location of your restaurant facility, and its
proximity to our logistics staging and manufacturing facilities.
-
Relational Proximity – Our
recycOil®
transportation logistics and recycling service costs
are reduced as more restaurants and facilities in your region
participate in our program.
If your neighbors are also customer members, your dividend increases!
Customer-Members receive quarterly dividends calculated by the following
formula:
Quarterly Member Dividend = Vc
x Qc x (Myg+
Mbd) x Pc
/ (Dc x Tt)
-
Volume/Time (Vc/Tt variables)
-
Waste Grease Quality (Qc variable)
-
Market Conditions (Myg & Mbd variable)
-
Geographic Location (Dc distance coefficient)
-
Relational Proximity (Pc coefficient)
The
recycOil®
